Welcome to the "www.h2kskincare.com" website (the "Website") terms and conditions for H2k Ltd.  Use of this website is governed by these terms and conditions set out below. By using any part of this website, completing your customer registration with us and/or placing an order on the website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.

 These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the Seller, hereafter referred as to "H2k skincare", to the buyer hereafter referred to as the "Customer."  

These terms and conditions and your use of the website are governed by English Law and you agree to submit the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court. This does not affect your statutory rights.

3. Price

3.1. All prices are quoted in sterling and are inclusive of VAT (as may be prescribed by law from time to time), unless otherwise specified.

 3.2. Postage and packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of any goods, and are stated individually on the website.

 

 4. Payment

 4.1. Online payment will be provided in a secure environment. Payments must be made in sterling and by one of the following credit card payment methods - (except International Customers see clause 10), Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta and Electron.  Please note see clause 7 and 8 with relation to cancellations.

  

5. UK Delivery

 5.1. Can be by Post or Recorded Delivery: Monday to Friday only. Please allow 5 working days.  See website to choose postage choices

 5.2. Overseas and non-mainland UK delivery: Postage is charged at cost. Delivery times may vary. Please allow 7-14 days. [See clause 10].

 5.3. We endeavor to dispatch all our orders within 5 working days, but if this is later due to unknown circumstances, we will deliver within 30 days of order date.  Should this not happen for reasons beyond our control i.e. go missing by post, we will offer a refund or resend the items.  We will of course keep the customer notified and do our best to help at all times

5.4  By purchasing from H2k online you are entering into a legally binding contract.  Payment will be taken at the time the order is placed online.

  

6. Receipt of goods

 6.1. The Customer shall be deemed to keep the goods unless they notify the Seller within 14 days of their receipt. This does not affect the customers statutory rights. 

 

 7. Returns Procedure

 7.1. If the goods are to be rejected, the Customer shall comply with the returns procedure . H2k will not accept any returned goods should the return not follow the return procedure.  We suggest you retain a certificate of posting.  By entering into an online order with H2k, this is a contract and as such is covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations and that under them, customers have the right to cancel for whatever reason, within 14 days.  

 7.2. Please notify us of any returns in writing or by telephone so we can discuss the return in more detail.

 7.3. In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement including all postage costs. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to H2k before the refund or replacement can be issued.  H2k will then refund the item in full or replace the item including all postage costs.

7.4. If the customer wishes to return the goods for any reason they will be refunded the price of the product and the outgoing postage.  The return costs are up to the customer to pay.  Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned items. When returning items you are strongly advised to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.  


8. Cancellations

8.1. The customer has 14 days after receipt of the goods to cancel their order.

8.2. Cancellations can be made with H2k sales telephone line on 01423 709030 or via email sales@h2kskincare.com.

 9. Privacy Policy 

Any information passed through to H2k is managed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.. If a customer wishes for their information to be removed from our database, this should be requested by email sales@h2kskincare.com

Credit card details are not retained. The only information stored is a customer's transaction history, name, address & e-mail address. These may be used for marketing purposes by H2k Ltd or associated companies.

 

We use Google Analytics remarketing code to log when users visit specific pages or take specific actions on our website; this allows us to provide targeted advertising through Google and third-party vendors to display tailored ads on web sites across the internet. Third party vendors (including Google) use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s past visits to H2k website. You can opt out should you not want to receive remarketing ads by visiting Google Ads Settings page or alternatively by visiting the Network Adverting Initiative opt out page.


 10. International Customer

Customers from outside the UK can only pay by credit card or bank transfer and must pay in sterling unless otherwise specified. If you are experiencing difficulty please contact us on 01423 709030. All other terms and conditions apply.

 

 11. Law

These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law. Any person attempting to make fraudulent credit card transactions will be prosecuted with no exception.

 

 12. Complaints

 13. Third Party Links

H2k will not be responsible or liable for your use of any other websites which may be accessed via links within this website. H2k does not control these websites and is not responsible for their content. Any such links are provided merely as a service to users and their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement by or affiliation with H2k

 

 14. General

14.1. While H2k takes all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, it does not guarantee that your use of this website will be interruption or error free.  We will of course try our best to keep it up to date/ a reduce any disruption as much as possible.  We cannot however, be responsible for any virus, loss of/or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system.

14.2. The entire liability of H2k under or in connection with any contract for any products to which these conditions apply shall not exceed the price of the products, except as expressly provided in these conditions.
